Patterson Systems is a management consulting group which assists in the design and implementation of systems to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. While most systems today involve computers, we also do work in the areas of manufacturing equipment selection, plant layout, and work flow simplification, applying over 30 years of management experience to streamline your business. Linux and SCO Unix focus
Most of our work now involves mini and micro computers, keeping our consulting analysts busy designing, programming, and installing systems, and training our clients in their operation. We usually program on multi-user database management systems operating under Linux or SCO UNIX ; solid platforms which enable us to fulfill all of our clients' needs for accounting, office automation, and special programming. Patterson Systems also supports clients who have the high-cost and higher maintenance Windows networks, and is assisting them to move to Open Source Software, then upgrade to Linux or Unix. We also develop and support web sites, and web-based systems on Linux.
Graphic Arts Experience
Over 20 years of experience in the graphic arts have enabled us to develop a series of programs for Business Forms manufacturers for estimating, production planning, and job costing. These programs are always customized to some extent for individual customers. Patterson Systems has clients running our software all across Canada, and in the U.S.A. and Australia.
Industry Specific Standard Accounting
We provide standard accounting modules, which we often modify and combine with our custom scheduling or costing programs, to serve many diverse industries; from die casting, automotive parts fabrication, and magazine distribution, to piano refurbishing and groups of retail tire stores. These modifiable, industry-specific accounting modules, for applications such as order entry, inventory, billing, purchasing, payables, and material requirements planning, allow us to produce complete on-line business management systems, tailored to your needs.

Patterson Systems is a Value Added Reseller of hardware and software. As an Authorized Reseller, we can supply a complete turn-key system installation, using proven components with on-site service contracts, along with the necessary training. Full system support, by internet, modem, & telephone, is available to all of our clients.
